Despite the recent lift on the mask mandate, masks will continue to be required at Couture Color Studio. The health and safety of our staff and guests are our first priority. Although we can’t wait to see your beautiful faces again, we feel it is essential that masks are required at this point in the pandemic. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.

We thank you so much for your continued support as we cautiously find our way through the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve adopted all safety guidelines as set forth by the TX Dept. of Licensing and Regulation and the CDC.

  • Please come alone to your appointment. We can not accommodate extra family members, children, or friends in the salon at this time.

  • All guests are required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears. All staff members will be required to wear masks throughout the duration of the appointment as well. We will do our best to apply hair color without getting it on your mask, but cannot guarantee it won’t be stained. If you are concerned with hair color stains, or you don’t have a mask, you may purchase one from us for $2.

  • When you arrive at the salon, please wait in your car and call the front desk to check-in; we will text or call you to come in when your stylist is ready. When you come in, we’ll ask that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom.

  • We will be implementing temperature checks with non-contact thermometers to check the temperature of our team members and of each guest that enters the salon.

  • To reduce opportunities for transmission, we will not be offering beverages or magazines at this time.

  • We will continue to use styling capes and color robes (which are always washed in between uses). If you are not comfortable wearing a color robe, we ask that you wear an older t-shirt or something with an older neckline.

  • We are back to blow drying!

  • Styling stations are positioned at least 6 feet apart and sanitized between each guest.

  • To reduce contact at checkout, we will be taking credit card information when you schedule your appointment. We are NOT accepting cash for the time being.

  • While same-day appointments may be available, we are not taking walk-in appointments at this time. Services will be provided by appointment only.

We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments to keep our community safe. These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you’ve come to expect. We hope that will be sooner than later and we sincerely appreciate your support.

Thank you, Tina Herod
